Return & Refund Policy

We will handle any return or exchange request if you're not content with your purchase as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. After thirty days, no requests will be fulfilled. It is important that you get in touch with us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • We won't accept returns of anything made without permission.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All products must be undamaged or unopened, unused, in their original packing, and in the same state as when they were delivered to you. Also required is the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must select a delivery option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

General Return Process

  • Start a comeback: For further information, send us an email at [email protected] provide images and/or videos of the merchandise along with your order number. Within three business days, a member of our customer service team will assess if your return request is eligible.
  • Return the item: Should your return be approved, we will provide you with the return address and details on where to mail your parcel. (Note: Unauthorized returns of merchandise will not be allowed). We will not be liable for lost returns or exchanges, so we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
  • Return or exchange: We will examine the item within three to five working days after receiving your return or exchange, at which point we will either offer a replacement for the exchange or give a refund.

Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or product damage/loss caused by the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.

Costs

  • Your return charge will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds will only be handled if the items you utilize for a return arrive in our warehouse. If they don't, you'll need to file a dispute with the carrier. For orders that exceed the customs threshold, you can be required to pay a custom duty charge and be subject to importation.

Policies

  • For all returns, it is advised that you utilize a traceable delivery option to make sure your package gets back to us securely. Any loss or damage to packages that are returned to us is not our responsibility.
  • Within 30 days of receiving your order's final package, you may return any products (with the exception of final sale/clearance items, free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories). Note: After completing the online return request form, you must email us a photo of the issue or defect.
  • Return shipments need to be approved. Refund requests that are not approved by customer service will not be processed. You are not permitted to return the item(s) to the address listed on the package you received. The processing of your return will be impacted by the fact that it is not our return address.
